I was not that great a biology student in High School. The whole dissection of mice thing was not something I warmed to. But in all of that, I still knew the difference between a man and a woman. Everyone knows that despite the pretence that the collective “we” doesn’t know. When former Primer Minister, Julie Gillard, amended (with help from then Attorney General, Mark Dreyfus) the Sex Discrimination Act in 2013, she quietly removed the biological definitions of “man” and “woman” from the act. Ostensibly, this was to ensure the rights of trans “women”.
The effect of these amendments has rendered the courts unable to protect biological women’s human rights, as real women. In fact, those amendments have guaranteed the weaponisation of the courts to nullify women’s rights. So, the woman who refused to be lectured on misogyny by then opposition leader, Tony Abbot, and who earlier this week appeared at the Hay Festival in Wales as a keynote speaker (for a nice fat fee), where she spoke on misogyny and sexism in politics, was the very architect of the worst piece of misogynistic legislation in our nation’s history. It gets worse dear readers.
Earlier this week at a federal senate estimates hearing, federal sex discrimination commissioner, Dr Anna Cody, passionately – and repeatedly – insisted that biological men who identify as women could potentially become pregnant. Read this for yourselves on the Federal Parliament website. Dr Cody, during a tough grilling from Senator Cash, and with a straight face, said that men who identify as women deserve “potential pregnancy discrimination protections” in the law. The commissioner, on a $400,000 a year salary at tax payers expense, was fighting for identical laws that protect real women to be created to protect non-biological women. I have said for years that the federal and state governments of our land have been captured – indeed, intimidated – by the radical trans agenda. How can anyone claim that biological men can become pregnant? Yet we have very highly paid bureaucrats insisting that biological men receive legal entitlement to protect them against “pregnancy discrimination” in the work place? Now, if you are struggling to digest this nonsense, here is a direct quote by Dr Cody from the hearing transcripts: “If someone who applies for a job, for example, and it is a trans woman and she may be asked whether or not she intends to have children and if she replies: ‘Yes, I do’ and then doesn’t get the job because that employer doesn’t want to employ women who may be of child-bearing age then she may have been subjected to unlawful discrimination on the basis of potential pregnancy.”
Dr Cody stunned the panel with her unblinking insistence. The great irony in all of this from Ms Gillard to Dr Cody is that it is women at the highest levels of national administration who are creating the worst of misogynistic outcomes in law – and everyday women and girls are losing rights whilst biological men who want to identify as women are benefiting. In a recent Federal Court case a biological man who identifies as a woman won serious damages and costs (over $120,000) against a real woman who excluded this trans woman from a women only online chat group. The judge ruled that the biological man was discriminated against. Sally Grover, the creator of the Giggle network for women, lost. Following the judge’s verdict, Ms Grover said, “In 2020, I launched Giggle, a social networking app designed as a safe digital space for women. It was created for women to connect, laugh, support one another, and simply exist without the male gaze that permeates so much of online life. The app was built on biological reality: women are adult human females. We deserve spaces where that reality is respected, free from intimidation or intrusion.”
In my humble opinion, Ms Grover, has a basic human right to do this without big-brother legislative harassment. But the legislative amendments set in place by Ms Gillard were arbitrarily imposed on us all. There was no referendum, minimal public debate, and little scrutiny – and the trans lobby massively influenced the drafting of the amendments. No one else got any meaningful say. Whereas the law previously and explicitly defined a “man” as a member of the male sex and a “woman” as a member of the female sex, these terms were arbitrarily replaced with the vague, self-declared concept of “gender identity”. And guess what? This gender-identity philosophy is now taught in the classrooms of Primary and Secondary Schools across the country. Ms Gillard proudly trumpeted at the time that this was a simple inclusion process. It never was, of course. Now this is weapon used against women.
But this was always part of a bigger plan – and yes, it is a conspiracy, not a theory. It is happening in plain sight as I write this. In her new book, “Mindless: How the Education System is Indoctrinating Children and Destroying Our Civilisation”, Dr Bella d’Abrera, argues that :”Our universities are no longer in the business of imparting knowledge, Rather … they are now closing young minds across the Western World. This is where the rot begins.” She goes on to say, “Almost all future school teachers attend university faculties that have comprehensively embraced the new (anti-west) ideology with religious fervour. Critical Race Theory, queer theory, gender theory, post-colonial theory, critical disability theory, intersectionality, identity politics, decolonisation, and ecocentrism, now form the basis of the global education system which has been rolled out across the Anglosphere. If you had to design an educational system to wreak maximum damage on generations of people, this would be it.” I recommend her new book, it is factual and eye-opening!
What has given rapid rise to this blatant march forward in educational systems has been the silencing of any critics. These are ridiculed as “far right” and conspiracy theorists trying to induce moral panic, and so, they are silent if they value their careers. But, I digress.
Biology, as any scientist would agree, is based on facts. The facts are that there are two genders.

But this fact has not stopped legislators from punishing those who disagree with gender fluidity - which is one of the new religions. Laws can be created to contract then enforce all manner of illogical, unbiological theories and philosophies, but this does not change objective truth. And there it is, THE big issue. The systematic dismantling of all objective truth. As Dr d’Abera has written, “The foundations of education have been deliberately removed from curriculum and replaced with indoctrination.” And this indoctrination is not about truth, but what we wish it was, for a host of sinful reasons.
Parents (and grandparents) today need to be very vigilant and know what is going on with their children’s education and formation – be very intimately involved - and become very prepared to counter error, and anti-biblical, anti-Christ deceptions with intelligent, age-appropriate truth from God’s Word. And that means reading the Bible, meditating on it and learning to understand it properly so that you can do this. God’s Word is truth, and it sanctifies every mind that dwells in it.
